Digital Addiction:
Part 1

In an era dominated by screens and endless notifications, Digital Addiction explores our complex relationship with technology and its grip on modern life. This project reflects on the habits we’ve unconsciously formed—the constant scrolling, the fleeting dopamine hits from likes and comments, and the hours lost to curated feeds. Through a mix of imagery, text, and design, it delves into the emotional and cognitive toll of this addiction: fractured attention spans, shallow connections, and the fading ability to be fully present.
